Shop My Living Space
As you guys are welcoming me into your homes, I thought I would welcome you into mine! Here are some of my most love pieces. Since purchasing some, I have found dupes or better deals on Amazon and other various sites, so linking those too!
Ballard Designs Antelope Hand Tufted Rug
I did a post a while back on this rug. It is the one piece I had my eyes on for years that I knew I wanted in my home before I even had a home. It is such a statement, yet also subtle enough to mix in other great patterns along side. Also spotted in this photo is my favorite little accent table. I’ll link that here!
Upholstered Sectional
I can’t find my sofa in stock online anywhere, however if you’re in need for a sofa, or anything specific for that matter, we can order it for you! Chairs, coffee tables, dining tables, you name it - we can find the perfect piece for your space.
My Wayfair Coffee Table
This was a risky purchase for me. I searched for what felt like AGES to find the perfect coffee table. I kept coming back to this one, but it was just so unlike anything else I was looking at so I was nervous I would get tired of it. Once I pulled the trigger and got it in my space I have never looked back! I love it more now than I did when I got it! It’s actually on sale at the moment!
Pottery Barn Downing Metal Floor Lamp
The versatility of ways to maneuver this lamp is what makes it great. You can adjust it 3 different ways which was handy when I needed it to fit in a smaller space not to block a main walkway in my space. This is one of the products that I have actually found a more cost effective substitute for on Amazon! You can find it here!
Pulley System Floor Lamp
The lamp I actually have I got off of Wayfair, but I found this one for a significantly lower price that I’ve linked here and it is the exact same lamp! Another lamp made fabulous by its versatility. You can adjust the arm itself, as well as make the light itself hang higher or lower in relation to the arm!
Accent Chest
It took me what felt like forever to go in between two swivel recliners I have in my living room. The space was too small for a full size chest, too large for an end table and I really wanted something with drawers for some extra storage in the room. This isn’t the exact one I went with as it is only available via trade and not online, but it is similar! If you are particularly interested in the one I ended up with, I can certainly order it for you - same as anything else you are looking specifically for!
Thank you so much for reading along! I would love to hear from you on things going on in your own homes, pieces that you are on the look for or projects you’ve got going! Feel free to reach out on the contact forum here on the site, or shoot me a message on Instagram/Facebook!

Christmas Storage Solutions
Make the start of each Holiday season as easy and time efficient as possible by closing out the previous year with a method in mind! Storage solutions for ending Holiday madness - both in your storage space and in your mind! Links to each storage solution below.
For the tree
Last year was our first year to be married, live in our house, have a Christmas tree, all that cute stuff. Cole threw away the box for the tree, so I was forced to figure out some other solution to store the monstrosity. I ordered this bag off of Amazon and it turned out to be awesome! Initially I was thinking I wanted a hard box type storage option, but the bag style actually ended up being much easier to maneuver through the house, especially up the ladder and into our over the garage attic space.
For the wreaths
Coordinating wreath storage bags are joining the gang at my house this year. Another thing I want to mention is the labels. My first step in getting the house ready for the season is to get everything out and sorted. The labels make it easy to get everything where it needs to go. If my cute husband is helping me, he likes this system to because he knows the front door wreath needs to go out to the porch, the outdoor window wreaths need to head in that vicinity as well..basically he doesn’t have to wait on me to direct him in all the directions and he can achieve his #1 holiday goal of getting it done. Anyone else have a relatable husband situation?
For the ornaments
For ornament storage, particularly your decorative filler balls that are shatterproof, this option works well. It is super space savvy for the amount of ornaments it actually holds and is easy on the wallet. I want to mention one quick thing I learned this year from a mistake I made last year. I like everything in some type of order, for things like this typically color order. I took all of the gold ornaments off and put them in first, then red, then mercury glass, etc. It was all satisfying and fun when I was putting them away, but annoying this year while putting up the tree when I needed gold balls first and they were all at the bottom! So make sure to think about the order you like to put things on the tree when taking them off. Favorite things you know you’re going to want to start with on top.
For the lights
Raise your hand if your favorite part of the holidays is untangling christmas lights! If you raised your hand, bye. If you didn’t, here’s this. You’re welcome.
For the papers
The wrapping situation. This can turn into a war zone fast. Ask my mothers attic when I lived at home LOL! There are several ways you can do this, but this is my preference for HOLIDAY wrapping solution. I have a different method for my year round wrapping papers in a separate area of the house, but I think keeping Christmas separate helps tame the beast. A lot of options on the market are horizontal and lie flat, which is good if your working with a smaller space and need to utilize under a bed for hiding this stuff, but I prefer a vertical option. There is a larger version of this, but if you’ve got more than 36 rolls of holiday themed wrapping paper - you may need an intervention, just saying! There is a top pocket for your ribbon and other things you may need to keep handy like tape/scissors/rubber bands. I keep rubber bands around each roll to keep the tiny sliver of paper left over from the last cut I made that Ive convinced i’m going to be able to use from flailing in the wind. If you leave an even cut each time, I hope I can be like you one day! Side note - for bags and more ribbon, I keep those in it’s own plastic bin like the one we just talked about. For my everyday wrapping situation that stays in a convenient location inside the house year-round, I am much more systematic and handy (we can maybe get into that on another day if you’d like), but my goal with the Holiday wrapping is to get it in and out of storage with the least amount of mess and headache in-between.
For all the things
These guys are the backbone for all of my holiday storage. I use color coded bins for each season. Purple for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, it super efficient in that first step of grabbing everything out of storage and getting out in the open. Not to mention it is super satisfying to look in your storage space and see everything in its perfectly color coded zone! In regards to Christmas, I use these for a few different things ie. Non ball shaped ornaments + more fragile ornaments. I layer a couple of layers of bubble wrap, ornaments, bubble wrap, ornaments, etc. I also use these to store garland, ribbon for bows, outdoor lights, all the things!
